The Event

Affinity is an inter-college cultural and sports event conducted by Karpaga Vinayaga Institute Of Medical Sciences and Research Centre every year where thousands of medical students from all over India participate and exhibit their talents. Affinity had been a tradition of the Karpaga Vinayaka family since the year 2015. Like everything else in the world, Affinity was also affected by covid and we could not conduct it for the past 2 years. We conducted our first online Affinity in 2020 and it was a tremendous success. Now we are back with a bang to conduct the biggest cultural and sports event of the year, Affinity 7th edition.

The Theme

Cinema is a boundless ocean and through this Affinity we strive to bring to you a glimpse of it as the theme for the year is CINEMA. Come experience the joy of cinema through our Affinity 2022.

We the batch of Zehnolantz 2018 are eagerly waiting to enthrall your senses, enliven your spirits and give you the experience of your lifetime.

The Cause

"The smallest act of kindness is worth more than the grandest intentions"

Hence, We have decided to donate 3-5% of our proceedings from sponsors to aid the education of poor children.

The College

Karpaga Vinayaga Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Center, is a government aided medical college situated in Maduranthagam, which is always striving for excellence in its operations and its students. The college provides equal opportunities to students to showcase their talents in various fields. Affinity is one such initiative taken up by the college to make sure every student shines their brightest.
